- Our trainer will work with your load builder to make sure that they have watched our training video and that they fully understand how to use their Lumber Buddy unit.
- Our trainer will follow up with your Lumber Buddy user in training weekly for the first 30 days. They will be encouraged to call at any time with questions or suggestions that they have.
- At the end of 30 days we encourage you to assign the unit to another load builder and put them through the same training as your first operator.
- With two load builders on your staff trained and familiar with the operations and advantages your Lumber Buddy Portable Productivity Platforms provides, we suggest that your team participates in a Lumber Buddy™ Lunch and Learn training session on Zoom.
Attend a Virtual Training
The Lumber Buddy training team holds virtual trainings monthly to answer questions and discuss best practices to maximize the efficiency of your new Lumber Buddy Portable Workstation. Lunch and Learns are approximately 45 minutes long and allow your team to learn the best ways to use their new Buddy to eliminate unnecessary trips across the yard.
